GANDALF Pint Glass
Gandalf's original name in the West, before coming to Middle-earth, was Olórin, and he was one of the Maiar—spirits of lesser divine power than the Valar. In Valinor, he was known for his wisdom and compassion, and he often walked unseen among the Elves, inspiring them with visions and counsel. When he came to Middle-earth as one of the Istari (Wizards), his humble appearance as an old man was deliberate, meant to guide rather than dominate, in contrast to Saruman's more authoritarian approach.
